I used to jog, but then I got more into weight lifting.  I do barbell rows, bench pressing, and sit ups using my declined bench.  I used to do more hardcore stuff, waking up at 5am on school mornings, working out from 5:30-6:30, doing 8 sets of 12 reps of bicep curls, and the same amount with push ups while wearing a backpack with about 30lbs in it.  But my newer workouts are easier.  Maybe not as effective with only half the sets now, but I use good weights now.

Recently I haven't been able to workout much, because every time I try to work out or do any kind of physical activity, the right side of my brain hurts like a migraine.  I gotta get my brain checked some time soon.

So, what kind of stuff do you peoples do?

To be honest, I'm a fat, lazy slob that sits in my chair all day browsing the internet. I don't think I've exercised in about eight years. That's when I had PE last.

A good barbell/dumbell exercise for tone is to put about half of your max weight on the bar, then do 25 reps. Wait a minute or so, do 20 reps, then go down 5 reps each time.

If you're in better shape you can either add more weight (for mass gain) or do more reps (for faster toning)

Its a good workout, and boy does it work. Smiley

Haha. Tuck, you should try going up the pyramid, and THEN down the pyramid. So much better. And so much more burn.

try pressing your nose against your computer screen and putting your right hand in your pants. that should work for you.

Idk, I don't find the tone-exercises to help for me, since I'm already as toned as possible (i'm only 120 lbs).
I bench 135 lbs doing 4 sets of 12 reps.  When I have a lot of energy, I do 6 sets, and my chest burns a bit.  It feels awesome.  My abs have been sore for since Sunday, and they're finally starting to stop being so sore.

I haven't really ran or jogged in many months.  Oh well, my goal is to gain weight anyway.

haha, bellyoff.  i did 2 weak sets of benching last night, and all day my chest was sore.  I've gotten so much weaker from the 3 weeks spent with my relatives in Michigan, away from the weights and all care for exercise.
