I've been hovering around the low-40's right now, looking for ways to improve times:
I know all my PLL's minus the G rotations (2 steps, edges->corners for now, really procrastinating on learning those).
I do F2L intuitively; times range from as low as 10 seconds to 25ish (really bad).
I generally have cross done in <5 seconds
2-look oll

Any ideas? I've been trying to get better at finger tricks but other than the really easy ones (R U' R' U for example) I'm either slow or my cube locks up. I just bought a 3x3 DIY from here, so that should hopefully solve my locking up problem.

If you are capable of doing f2l in 10 seconds, you should be able to average around 15 seconds for f2l alone.
2 look OLL should take around 7 seconds and 2 look pll should be about the same.

15 plus 7 plus 7 is 29 seconds.

Perhaps you need to reduce the pauses in between steps. The execution shouldn't take so long.

I probably underestimated my f2l time (more like 20 seconds on average; 10 is only when I get lucky cases). 7 seconds is about right for 2-look OLL; I can do most pll algorithms in 4ish seconds, but a couple take a bit longer.

I just sat down for ~20 minutes and did 12 solves:

It's normally pretty consistent now at high-30's~low-40's but occasionally I'll get a really good solve (#9, not lucky but just...got into a rhythm or something).
